  They made a mistake but they were extremely hospitable about it and gave us some extras as compensation. A bit slow but kind workers

  "Freaky Fast" plastered everywhere but it looks like no one who works there has read it. I've been to other JJ's and loved the speed and freshness. When I saw one finally arrive in Queens I was expecting the same level of service. There was one guy at the register. And there was only one customer in front of me. It took me 15 minutes to get my two sandwiches. And that wouldn't have bothered me anywhere besides a place that advertises itself as "freaky fast."

  Ordered a roast beef sandwich. Got everything except the roast beef. How do you forget the meat in a sandwich? I don’t know.
