Made us wait at least 10 minutes before we could place our order. We ordered a chocolate milkshake and a cookies and cream milkshake, the person didn’t understand and we had to repeat ourselves several times. Finally drove up to the window for pickup and both shakes were so thin that it barely had any ice cream in it. It was more like a cup of chocolate milk. We made them redo it and it was just the same. Shame on you Dunkin for being so stingy with the ice cream and not properly making milkshakes. Never again!
