    I recently visited Dunkin' and had a mixed experience. The coffee was fantastic — fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for. This location never falls when it comes to making the coffee perfectly. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the donuts we ordered through the app. Instead of contacting us, they substituted the items with whatever was available without asking. While I understand that items can sell out, it would have been appreciated if they had checked with us first before making changes to the order. Great coffee, but better communication about substitutions would really improve the experience.

    I have been disappointed lately with the quality and service at this location. My iced coffee is always made wrong and never mixed, and just this week we were given the wrong items by the staff in the drive through and then got yelled at that we touched the donuts! No apologies were given and somehow it was our fault because it appears they were just going to just put those donuts right back on the rack for sale had they not seen us trying to figure out what was wrong with our order. The only plus is that there is a drive through, but honestly the lines are so long I would rather drive to a different location further away and walk in to not have to deal with the headaches here.

    I am giving one star specifically for the employee who works the late-night shift after 10:00 PM. During my visit, I asked for a midnight coffee and was told it was unavailable. I then requested a regular coffee and was informed that the register was down and that payment would be cash only. This explanation was confusing and concerning. To clarify, I asked a friend to place the same order from his car, and the transaction was processed without any issues. This inconsistency raises serious concerns about professionalism and transparency during the late-night shift. In contrast, the daytime staff deserve five stars. The female employees I have interacted with during the day are consistently friendly, polite, and professional. It is unfortunate that the behavior of the late-night employee negatively impacts an otherwise positive experience.

    Easy for me to go to on my way to work, only reason I go but the customer service is bad. It’s like they hate their job so much they hate you. Can’t even fake a smile or have a nice voice. The one older lady in the morning at the drive thru looks like she wants to spit on you. It wouldn’t be a terrible place if they didn’t stare at me so rudely like they didn’t want anyone to come back. Genuinely feels like they don’t want you to be there and order lol I’m going to swap my Dunkin spot to a different location maybe I can at least get a smile .
