I’ve never gone into a Dunkin’ Donuts and experienced this before if this is a new policy, they should have this notated publicly. This woman was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered.

While making the drink she was still on her phone and did not even prepare the drink right. The match powder was not even mixed well i had to stir it for sometime in front of her.
