When I opened my cup, there was a hair floating in it. I showed the worker, and instead of remaking it, he literally fished the hair out and handed the same cup back to me, then just walked away. I had to stand there for almost 10 minutes trying to get someone else’s attention just to get a new coffee made. Completely unacceptable and honestly disgusting. Do better.
