  Update- 4/25/2026 Was expecting a response from the General Manager- or a higher superior Manager. Ridiculous-I am asked to reach out on the site and communicate with a support staff/customer service rep. Who am sure has good intentions- but isn’t a problem/ decision maker. Please do better- am sure you can. /————————————————————/ Saddened to write this review- but it is justified. Extremely distasteful experience -family members did a take out order that was partly prepared incorrectly. The Manager- Sylvia - was overbearing- insulting- highly unprofessional. Tried to explain gentlemanly the issue with the wet-soggy-over trenched - wet lettuce- liquidity salad-however- she was so disgruntled and defensive- I felt threatened, as a senior- perhaps I was penalized due to generational resentment. Was highly aggressive and unappreciative our business . Perhaps- after reading many other negative reviews-the targeted patrons they prefer are the disruptive unruly mischievous teens that scare away older patrons. She asked me to return for a small credit- for a meager 2 salads- which was a quarter of original order. When returned- unpleasant brute like obnoxious personality. I’m not the typical audience- other family members are. I was just there to try to correct a clinch. Other staff members- are friendly, cheerful and very courteous. I’m sure location can do better with managerial staff. Treat customers- Respectfully- is a main priority. Again- not pleased to write this- but felt it would perhaps assist location in the long run.

  Tables were cleaned of food, but still had stains of food. The metal tables are not inviting and really show all the food stains.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this newer Chipotle location in Bayside on Bell Blvd. When I walked in, there were only a couple of tables occupied, yet almost every other table was dirty. On top of that, the area by the soda dispenser had liquid all over the floor and looked like a complete hazard. One employee was trying to clean it, but had to abruptly stop and go back to handling Uber Eats and pickup orders because the store was getting busier. Even with only about four people in front of me, it still took around 10 minutes to get served. What bothered me most was the food handling. The cashier was also acting as the server because they seemed understaffed. I watched her handle cash and touch multiple surfaces with the same gloves she was about to use to prepare my food. She immediately grabbed my bowl and started serving before I had to stop her and ask her to change her gloves. Since I was ordering hard shell tacos and she would be physically touching the shells, that was a major hygiene issue to me. She did change her gloves when I asked, but I should not have had to point that out. The food itself also looked lukewarm and not especially fresh. By the time my order was almost done, a large group of teenagers came in and the place was getting even busier, while still being dirty and clearly understaffed. Based on my experience, the negative reviews about this location seem believable. Any positive reviews feel more like the outlier than the norm. This location does not seem to be consistently clean, properly staffed, or well managed. I would not return here. The biggest issue seems to be management. Having only three workers in a Chipotle on a Sunday around 5 PM makes no sense. The staff looked overwhelmed, the dining area was neglected, and basic food safety did not seem to be taken seriously. This location needs better staffing, better supervision, and much higher cleanliness standards.

  Food quality has been an issue time and time again, but I still came back because my son likes Chipotle. The last straw came this past Friday when my son got food poisoning from a steak and rice bowl he ordered. I would not advise anyone to eat at this location.
