If I had an option to give a zero star I would .. this restaurant will sell you food with hair in & treat you like absolute trash if you try making a complaint. The girl answering the phone on Friday night has zero customer service, she is rude , disrespectful and dishonest.. she disconnected the call on me several times only because I called to make a complaint about the hair in my pasta.. to a point she started using abusive language.. we are here giving you our money, well that would be a last time . Please avoid this nonsense disrespectful place

I ordered food through DoorDash from this place just few moments ago. My pasta had a hair in it. As soon as I called the restaurant to let them know of my concerns, the woman hung up on me as soon as I told her there was hair in my food. I called again and she hung up again! No apologies but you are going to disregard a customer who spent at your restaurant? Why is she even working there if she can’t even talk to customers but just hang up on them. I called again and she not just cursed me out but said I was prank calling her! No one has time to prank call a damn restaurant at 11;30 pm at night. This woman working here has no basic human manners let alone customer service. Absolutely horrendous! I am going to complain to the department of health!

Gennaro, the head chef at Italian Pizza night, makes it such a fun and unique experience. The atmosphere feels like a night out at Bourbon Street, lively, energetic, and social, but with a full “Italian night” theme that really works. Head Chef Gennaro is clearly the heart of the place, bringing both personality and incredible food. Everything we had was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared, especially the pasta. It’s not just a meal, it’s an experience. Highly recommend.

Bourbon street is always the best but we had so much fun at the pizza making class! Fun for couples, friend groups, families with kids and beyond. And can you really beat unlimited drinks along with your pizza for 2 hours? I don’t think so…
