  I frequent this particular Sunway quite often and my experiences have always been positive. The lady remembers how I like my order. It's a small gesture, but that small gesture makes me feel good as a customer.

  I always come to this subway specially because of the nice lady that works there, Samina. She makes the best sandwiches and gives me a lot of respect and she treats me very nicely.

  DONT NOT COME HERE UNLESS U WANTS TO BE YELLED AT !! OR WANT THE SMALLEST AMOUNT OF FOOD AND criticized! > I walked in asked for an 2 Italian sandwiches and I tell there's 2 lady's in there im sry I mean the Italian herb and chesse the younger one sighs then im like ok maybe they are having a bad day then also there looking at me like this 😑 and then my mom asks for the bathroom the older lady walks away slowly ignoring us and then my mom asks again and she's like IM GETING IT ! And then I asked them if they can do one tuna and the other sandwich half tuna and chicken they tell me no im like what can I get chicken they tell me it's very expensive im like its ok i want it how expensive they say 3$ more like im broke 😑 im like ok I want that and they just look at each other and then I asked for my toping she puts a lil bit of everything like 5 pieces of cucumbers and then when we get to the spanich is when I lost it bc she gave me the smallest 4 pieces of my life and I tell her I dont want it no more im sorry she tell me why order it if u dont want it and she's yelling at me the older lady and then proceeds to tell me I just wasted 14$ and I tell her im so sorry I just dont want it no more and she kept asking for explanation this is not the 1st time I have a problem with this lady PLEASE SUBWAY DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS BC SHE WILL RUIN THIS BUISNESS TO THE GROUND AND I WILL LONGER NOT BE COMING BACK I WILL BE GOING TO A DIFFERENT SUBWAYS.

  I stopped by Subway during peak hours when it was pretty busy, and I was honestly impressed with how well everything was handled. There was one young worker and a middle-aged lady, and despite the rush, they both stayed calm, organized, and very professional. The young guy worked quickly but still made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it, not missing any details. The lady kept everything running smoothly, helping customers and making sure the line kept moving without any confusion. They worked really well together as a team. Even with the crowd, the place stayed clean, the service was fast, and the food came out great. You could tell they both had strong work ethic and cared about the customers. Definitely a solid experience, especially during such a busy time!
