  I have been to this location and the customer service is quick and friendly. I had lunch with a friend here and it's always clean. Most places don't care about that. If you have a bad experience, it's best to see a manager. Give them a chance to address the issue.

  I have been going to this Panera for years. I mostly get the broccoli cheddar soup, mac and cheese, butternut squash and the two sandwiches (smokehouse bbq chicken + chipotle chicken avo melt) which I customize (take off ingredients mostly lol). I really like their stuff, I know it's still technically fast food but I like it because it feels more fresh and isn't fried. Took a star off because of the increase in prices, kinda sucks to pay $12 for a bowl of mac and cheese that comes in frozen and is thawed, I could buy it at the supermarket but the texture and taste isn't the same at all. I recently tried their new Dubai style cookie, was my first introduction to that whole trending food so maybe not the best introduction, the cookie was decent, soft in the middle, crunchy on the outside. Wish it was bigger, definitely not worth almost $3 lol. Place is accessible, accessible parking, bathroom, no stairs to get in. Atmosphere is nice, cozy, kinda the vibe where you grab lunch and do your work. No waiters, pick up your food, eat it and clean up after your self (which I'm totally okay with). There is trash cans with a bin for your plates for a reason.

  Panera bayshore. Why cold air blowing from vents in winter cold? Manager promise to adjust but cold air blown continues. Customers in coats.
