    I went into this Subway, I come here about every two weeks and am known here. I get the same order every time and when I came in today, the manager (I believe) said someone had picked it up. I just got out of work and there is nobody else who would pick it up. Other than providing any support or resolution, she goes “it’s a big order, I will not redo it.” She continues with phrases like “it is not my problem.” She gave me such a problem in order for me to get the food I paid for when it was their mistake and they gave it to someone else, they should’ve been checking people who picked up have the order confirmation. I believe she only started making my order when they realized THEY had made a mistake. This is unacceptable and very rude considering I did not do anything wrong, and the manager handled it horribly. If I hadn’t been persistent, my problem would not have been solved nor would I have gotten a refund. Regardless of how I was treated, I still said thank you and have a good day, only to receive silence from the manager and a sorry from one of the employees (the only one trying to be kind and help.) I did not mind waiting for my order to be remade but the way it was handled was horrible. This situation caused others to leave the store after the staffs attitude, a customer even apologized on THEIR behalf. The staff needs to be trained on customer service, especially the manager. I will never come back to this Subway again. Moral of the story: do not order online here unless you are willing to risk the order being given to someone else and having to fight for your food.

    I come to this Subway fairly often, but unfortunately my experiences with the staff are consistently negative. Every time I go in, the ladies behind the counter seem to have a very bad attitude. I’ve been met with eye-rolling, rudeness, and an overall unwelcoming vibe. The food is fine, but customer service really impacts the experience, and this location definitely needs improvement in that area.

    I’ve been to this location multiple times, and unfortunately the customer service is consistently poor. The women working here always seem to have attitudes and come across as rude, which makes the experience uncomfortable. I’m always polite when ordering, but it doesn’t feel reciprocated.
