I give him my app order number and he tells me that, that number was for points only I told him no it's for my order that I had paid. So he asked me for the number again and left me at the microphone for at least 5 to 10 minutes. He comes back and tells me oh you still there? I said yes you haven't told if you got my order. Then he said yes go on. The quarter pounder buns were burnt and the meat was burnt and hard. Worst experience ever.
