  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I experienced at this location. I walked in with only two customers ahead of me, and the store was not busy at all. Despite this, there was no acknowledgment from the employee at the counter—no greeting, no eye contact, nothing. When it was the customer in front of me’s turn, the employee turned away to help another employee with a gift card, which is fine, but he never said anything like, “One moment please,” or offered any explanation. Basic courtesy was completely missing. When it was finally my turn, the same thing happened again—he became distracted multiple times. Eventually, he simply nodded his head to signal he was ready. No “hello,” no “how can I help you,” nothing. The entire interaction felt rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, he couldn’t even get my one-item drink order correct. Discovering that your coffee is wrong when you get home is incredibly frustrating. The drink tasted terrible and was clearly not what I ordered. The receipt lists the employee as “Manager,” but I am 99% sure he is not actually the manager, especially given the lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. There was also no name tag, so I couldn’t identify him. Overall, this was a very poor experience. I hope actual management reviews the security footage and uses this as a training opportunity. I expect much better from Dunkin’.

  Come here all the time for due to close proximity coffee is very inconsistent sometimes perfect other times milk in a cup.

  Fuimos con mi esposo a comprar mangonadas a esta tienda nos queda cerca de casa así que vamos muy frecuentemente ahí y hay un muchacho afroamericano perteneciente a la comunidad LGBTQ 🏳️‍🌈 que normalmen suele dar muy mala actitud a los clientes y por desgracia nos tuvo que atender él OTRA VEZ! y la tienda estaba sola, solo había un niño al que le estaban haciendo una bebida y nosotros y muchacho le pregunta a mi esposo *qué vas a querer* y mi esposo le dice *una mangonada* el muchacho le dice OK que espere un minuto y se va a terminarle una secundada bebida al niño que estaba ahí y en ese momento estro a la tienda una familia como de 6 personas y una señora con su hija a lo que mi esposo y yo nos hicimos a un lado pues ya habíamos pedido lo que queríamos y el tipo este sale de atrás otra vez y le dice a mi esposo con esa pésima y asquerosa actitud que si no se mete a la línea nos va a dejar de último Mi esposo solo le respondió que estaba bien y me tomó de la mano y nos fuimos Y la verdad no pensamos volver a ir ahí

  I was really craving a good dunkalatte that every dunkin ive gone to always makes so good, but this one was so bitter and tasted weird. The munchkins here are stale and hard. There were coffee grinds in my latte.
