  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I experienced at this location. I walked in with only two customers ahead of me, and the store was not busy at all. Despite this, there was no acknowledgment from the employee at the counter—no greeting, no eye contact, nothing. When it was the customer in front of me’s turn, the employee turned away to help another employee with a gift card, which is fine, but he never said anything like, “One moment please,” or offered any explanation. Basic courtesy was completely missing. When it was finally my turn, the same thing happened again—he became distracted multiple times. Eventually, he simply nodded his head to signal he was ready. No “hello,” no “how can I help you,” nothing. The entire interaction felt rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, he couldn’t even get my one-item drink order correct. Discovering that your coffee is wrong when you get home is incredibly frustrating. The drink tasted terrible and was clearly not what I ordered. The receipt lists the employee as “Manager,” but I am 99% sure he is not actually the manager, especially given the lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. There was also no name tag, so I couldn’t identify him. Overall, this was a very poor experience. I hope actual management reviews the security footage and uses this as a training opportunity. I expect much better from Dunkin’.

  Come here all the time for due to close proximity coffee is very inconsistent sometimes perfect other times milk in a cup.
