I asked the person training her if the amount in the cup was correct as a gentle way to give her an opportunity to teach the trainee. She lied and said it was correct. I told her that there’s no way it’s correct because, not only could I eat what she served me in literally three bites, but I’ve been ordering the same thing for years and the portion isn’t even half of what is typically served at any Baskin-Robbins location. On top of all that, the ice cream was icy. Ugh. Don’t bother with this location.

I was told that there was no $1.99 scoops, so I opened my App and showed it the staff. I was told that I have to order it online. I told the staff that the QR code can be scanned. I was told that the scanner has not been working ALL day, so I left the store without any ice cream. If the scanner has not been working all day, someone should’ve insure that the scanner is working to scan the QR code. I should not have been denied the opportunity to obtain ice cream for myself and the kids.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
