  I’m giving them 3 stars because their customer service isn't good! Where is Michael? He provides the best customer service at this place, yet they don't schedule him to work as often as they used to! The other attendants don't know what they're doing and lack good service skills. We want to call this to the manager's attention: you need to put people who actually enjoy the job—like Michael, who is fast, knows how to take care of customers, and has been working there for years—on the front lines, instead of a bunch of kids who don't know what they're doing and take an eternity to serve the people waiting in line.

  I ordered a bowl and had two rewards in my account: one for a free queso and one for a fountain drink. When I got to the register, I scanned both rewards. The cashier told me I could only use one reward at a time. I said, “Okay, just the queso then,” very clearly. However, the transaction wasn’t adjusted properly. I noticed the total was still around $17, which didn’t make sense. I asked if the fountain drink was still being charged, and he said yes. I then had to ask for it to be removed since I had already said I only wanted to use the queso reward. Because it wasn’t corrected the first time, the entire transaction had to be redone and I had to rescan everything. After rescanning the queso reward and paying, my card showed “approved,” so I stepped away to get utensils. Then the cashier yelled across the restaurant, “Ma’am, can you come back? It didn’t go through. It has $7 left” That was embarrassing and unnecessary. If there was an issue, it could have been handled more discreetly instead of calling out across the dining area. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had at this location. There have been times when the rice seemed old, and I’ve previously been told that rewards require a minimum purchase, even when the specific reward terms did not clearly state that. The inconsistency in how rewards are handled is frustrating and makes the experience feel unprofessional. Overall, the lack of attention to detail, unclear communication, and how the situation was handled made what should have been a simple order unnecessarily stressful.

  Horrible portions/rations you’d think the employees get paid more for giving customers less. $40 on two bowls and barely enough food for 1. If you can stay away from this location.
