We ordered on the app 4 biggie bags and a salad, after checking in, our order took 20 minutes, then they came out missing our drinks and stuff from our bags. She said she would bring it, but after 10 minutes we had to go in to get it. On top of all of that some our fries weren't even cooked. Sheesh!

A young lady by the name of Yetta (?) is awesome.
Was inside last early week when rain called the softball games , well at least held off till almost last innings. A fast , hard dinner rush and the whole Wendy’s team ROCKED. Please get that young lady into management training! ASAP
She moved back and forth from counter to drive thru as support , not asking , seeing and getting things done , orders complete . Friendly and professional. The place was clean and then cleaned up again after the rush. The manager on duty was awesome as well. Yetta was simply great ! Thank you

Very slow and unorganized, waited for a simple chicken sandwich 20 minutes. Where’s my cheddar cheese in my chilly that I paid for 😂 great service.

Very useless service.. they see the customer standing there and want to place order.. they 100% see me and passing by me again and again.. but dont come towards the punch machine.

The younger male who is assistant manger named Shariff was so rude to me first started at the drive through speaker. I asked for 5 biggy bags double stack for my family and I and his reply was “danm 5” and tells me my total is $25 and some change. I then pull up to the window and Shariff looks me in my face and says I should go to Applebees or something if I wanna place a big order and it get fast food. I was shocked that came out of the assistant managers mouth. I then get told I had to pull up to wait for my food which I refused didn’t want this man to spit in my food.. when my food was ready he then wasted both out and everyone’s time and immaturely walked out front of the building and waited until I would pull up for him.. at this point I wanted a refund which the other employees told me to talk to him he was in charge. So I pull up get my food and asked for his name and told him I would be contacting corporate which I’m going to do next… I then pull into a parking space and bring my food in which I end up dropping 1 of my 5 sodas on the ground slipping on ice near the front door. I take my food inside and notice the food inspector is doing his surprise visit (explains shariffs attitude) must be dirty there and he was getting in trouble from the food inspector that I have photos to prove in case anyone wants to call my bluff. So after dumping my soda and bringing my food inside and having a talk with the inspector I ask for a refund which Shariff goes inside there break room and wouldn’t you believe it the distract manger himself was there and once I talked to him everything changed I got my refund. Didn’t ask how I could make this right until I mentioned a bad review, everyone I know not to eat here again, and I was contacting corporate which then the district manager wanted to say how can I make this right. My reply was I will not be back until that assistant manager is fired horrible representation for Wendy’s having him your as assistant manager. 0/10 do not recommend eating here ever go to Applebees or some other fast food place like Shariff insisted
