Went around 9 o’clock, not busy at all. Ordered 2 biggie bags. When I got my bag it only had half of my order. After I told them they only handed me half of what was missing. Also the fries were only half full, and cold.

We get food here almost weekly because it's about the only fast food place around where you can get a salad. And that's great and the food is good.
The downside is it is almost always a long wait at the drive-thru even if ordering ahead of time. Half an hour has passed before.
And the order tends to get messed up a little bit at least half the time. If I order a cookie there's about 80% chance it'll be missing and I have to go inside to get it anyways.
