  While usually pretty good service, this last time should be used in a training video of what not to do. When going through the drive thru, when I got to the window I was told it would be a 6 min wait for spicy chicken sandwiches or I could have normal chicken now (this is not the first time this has happened). I said I would wait. So I pulled ahead as directed to wait for them to bring my food out. In the meantime another car was also told to wait and was pulled up behind me. After about 10 mins (not the 6 min as told), a lady came out and went to the car behind me. She proceeded to ask them what they ordered and then handed them one of the bags she was holding. The person took it into their car, looked inside, then proceeded to hand it back. Then the lady walked up to my car and handed the bags to me. I immediately said I did not feel comfortable with the one bag because the person behind me took it into their car. Luckily it was just the french fry bag. She offered to get me new fries. I said please and also if I could have some ketchup, which I was told they have no ketchup. How can you have no ketchup? I just think she didn’t want to get me any. She did return with the new fries, I could tell it was a new bag since it wasn’t all greasy like the other one. I have no way of knowing if the fries were actually new. My main issue is it is common knowledge that in the food service industry, if food is mistakenly given to someone else, whether fast food or sit down, that food is done. You do not take it over and give it to the correct person. It needs to get remade.

  Every time I go here I only get half the fries I ordered. Order a large, get the large container with half the fries. Order medium, get medium container half full. Just got a biggie bag and 4 pc kid's meal, and my son's meal had more fries in it, and they're the same size. Just fill the god damn container.

  The sauces come out of their paychecks, so be expected to pay for your sauces. Charging for sauces is a serious jar position here.

  Food is so yummy and only $11 dollars for 2 big meals !! Staff is friendly and very clean and super fast service.
