  It's 915 on a Sunday night......but had the craving.....now I know why I haven't been here in months......my drive home is 5 min....it's all cold.....the burritos are falling apart.....I ordered beef....feelnlikenit was bean......by the time I got to my 2 hard tacos they were soggy....falling apart.....no taste really......we should be supporting the mom and pop places that are locally.owned cuz the corporation won't change.....they dont care.....they'll say they do but whoever own this taco bell in Batavia probly hasn't even been here in months......nothing g matters anymore.....it was a waste of over 20 bucks for one person......2 burritos and 2 tacos with a large Mt dew......sad state were in

  Fantastic crew. Was extremely busy and they didn't miss a beat. Friendly service fresh food with all my modifications.

  I went through the drive thru. The food was all over the inside of thw bag and was smashed. The boy at the windows who took my order was extremely rude both as I gave my order and then, again at the window. Im sorry but if people dont want to work in fast food, dont! The pay is too much for the service these kids give.

  I love taco bell, however I have no idea what happened tonight. There was no one in there while I ordered and checked out so I'm confused on how the staff messed up all 3 pieces of our order. The chicken on the fries smelt and looked like it had been sitting there all day. I asked for no purple cabbage everything is covered in it. And the chicken burrito had everything in it but the chicken. Make that makes sense?

  This happened at Taco Bell Batavia drive thru at approximately 7pm on 10/19/25. I have never had a fast food experience that made me livid. This was exceptional. My wife, 3 kids and I had a really long day. We stopped by here for the simplest, smallest order. Food for our kids. Not even us. We get to the window, get the food and find we only have 1 order of fries. We ordered 3, we have 3 kids. No problem. "Hey, you forgot my other 2 fries, here's my card". "No sir, you have to go around again. I am too busy to get 2 fries for you". Uh what? This was your mistake not mine. Guy offers me 2 free coupons for tacos. I'm like dude I just want the fries. What is genuinely the issue here? Slams the window in my face. Am I dreaming? He flat out refused to make it right. Ok, give me your name. He said no, I won't. But it was on the receipt, Josh S. They have these fries in huge amounts made to go. Words can't describe how horribly my family was treated, and I was pleasant the entire time. Did not raise my voice whatsoever. I know these guys don't have it easy, but this was just inexcusable. I'll never go to this Taco Bell ever again. My kids were so mature about it and shared the single order of fries. Too bad Josh couldn't have the same maturity level my small children demonstrated.
