    Jamonte is extremely helpful and informative . The restaurant is very clean and has a good feel . Our subs were freaking phenomenal!

    The delivery driver saved this experience that's for sure! He was very kind and respectful, apologizing for the time the entire experience had taken. I am guessing he was getting the brunt of the complaints they had to of been getting. Took an hour and a half to get our food. I called and I mentioned the website, email and text message all said the status was being delivered and the only response I got was "oh yeah that doesn't work so don't look at that, he's coming". No apology, consideration, or care in the world. A far cry from the driver's response that's for sure. The sub was super soggy and no longer warm, which I'm assuming was because it was made over an hour before getting to us. The sub in a tub was good! Rough day for the Batavia Salvatores.
