  Today while I was at this McDonald's I'm thankful the manager said she talked to her employee but the one employee must hate her job that much not to help a customer who is not texting for those touch screens because it would have took me a half hour to put in this order when she cashier could have just took my order at the register but no she chose not to I got so upset I walked out and then walked back in and spoke to a manager and she said she talked to her employee. I do agree it's not the manager's fault it's not the other employees fault it's just the one and I wish I would have got her name but I think that she deserves you at least have some kind of written up a decision day sent home for a day something because that's just rude you see somebody struggling you could have been like okay come over the register I'll help you but no you don't do that you sit there and make me look bad and sit there and say the food is going to take longer anyways cuz it's custom well here's the thing it would have been quicker if you just took my order the first time around but I appreciate all the other employees and the management here cuz that upset me I'm already having a rough day I don't need any more added to it

  Every time I order online, they always are missing something in my order. Today, ordered a 6pc happy meal with an extra fry, got a 5pc and no extra fry. Multiple incidents that this has happened. Insane I have to drive to the other side of town to get a better and complete meal.

  This resturant is actually embaressing, 3 times I ordered Doordash to get cold fries. Inclufing once where I specifically said no salt so they would be fresh Half the time there is no straw, they just get the order wrong, or hair shows up in the food and they refuse refund you I work at Mcdonalds it's not thst hard, to serve fresh fries and read basic orders. I could forgive 1 mess up but literally every time I order something is wrong I would never order here if Doordash gave me the option not to

  They were very rude when we were trying to order. As soon as we rolled up to the window to get our food, they were out of Dr Pepper and forgot my fries. So, we had to roll back around and wait in that long ssaaaa line to get them. (Also, they charged my friend .54 for a sweet and sour packet). Let’s just say, was a bad trip. Will NOT be going again.
