I called the store asking where the order was as I have been waiting over an hour. The manager proceeded to tell me his driver knocked on the door to deliver but was told they never ordered pizza. I explained I have been waiting by the door this whole time, no one knocked. I just wanted to know if I would be getting the order. He got aggravated with me, and continued to tell me his driver WAS at the correct address and he’s my fault cause my phone number wasn’t updated and assured me the delivery driver knocked and then he hung up on me. I called back, let him know it’s incredibly rude to hang up on a customer when all I’m trying to do is explain his driver was at the wrong address because she never came to my door that I’ve been waiting at and looking out the window the whole time. He then hung up on me a second time. The manager is arrogant, rude, didn’t want to listen to the issue, has no professional mannerism, and the delivery driver should be making sure she is at the correct address when out for deliveries. Poor poor poor poor customer service at this location.
