Added tip in app and guy who walked pizza out to car stood there waiting for a tip. Had to say I tipped in app. 2/6.99 never has worked at this location, yet it works fine in my app in East Amherst, Buffalo, and also Erie PA location. Same exact pizzas. 2 topping, mediums with hand tossed crust. Free dough balls by earning points is nice, but if you dont click the right offers and virtual coupons you will overpay. By A LOT. My order was $35 for 2 pizzas and (free with points) garlic bread balls. After clicking the coupon for 20% off entire order, so we re did the order on another offer clicky/coupon and it was $20. Overall every location of Dominoes has decent consistent pizza, but the app is GLITCHY, and stores change the rules regarding deals and coupons that are advertised on TV as "ANY pizza for 6.99" we didn't get pan crust or premium toppings. What pizzas are included in the 6.99 deal? I wish they would just list them, and also show a running total of what is in your cart. It doesn't show the price til you click checkout. Super annoying. Many times 6 court st claims it is closed during normal hours if you select "curbside". But if you click out and go back in, select "pickup in store", its magically open. I gave up on curbside and just go in now. All of the pop ups to donate to this and that while ordering are ridiculous. Overall the app is awful, and the Batavia location is mid. It saves "recent orders" and the exact same order cost less at 2 other locations, very recently. I understand they are franchise stores and participation varies, but if an item is NOT 6.99, when you have selected the "2 for 6.99" deal, it should notify you of the upcharge, not just have it be more with no explanation at checkout. Imo, it's false advertising. List what is 6.99, stop the guessing game. Or, get rid of the "deals" and just charge a consistent, reasonable price for what you are selling. Positives are its fast and consistent food, they have things my picky kid eater will eat and a good selection of toppings, the location is convenient and employees seem nice.

Placed an order for delivery. Waited over an hour. I was tracking the delivery driver location. Not once did the driver, April, knock on my door. I called the store asking where the order was as I have been waiting over an hour. The manager proceeded to tell me his driver knocked on the door to deliver but was told they never ordered pizza. I explained I have been waiting by the door this whole time, no one knocked. I just wanted to know if I would be getting the order. He got aggravated with me, and continued to tell me his driver WAS at the correct address and he’s my fault cause my phone number wasn’t updated and assured me the delivery driver knocked and then he hung up on me. I called back, let him know it’s incredibly rude to hang up on a customer when all I’m trying to do is explain his driver was at the wrong address because she never came to my door that I’ve been waiting at and looking out the window the whole time. He then hung up on me a second time. The manager is arrogant, rude, didn’t want to listen to the issue, has no professional mannerism, and the delivery driver should be making sure she is at the correct address when out for deliveries. Poor poor poor poor customer service at this location.
