First I pull in I'm first in line in about 5 minutes later while I'm still sitting there someone else pulls up at the other speaker. Then they serve him first. Now I'm behind this guy and we're sitting there for I kid you not 20 minutes. When the food finally came out it was missing sauces and looked very badly prepared. It tasted okay but the entire experience from beginning to end was one of the worst I've ever seen. There are only four other cars there I can't imagine what this place is like during rush hour. Oh and they also gave me a small coffee even though I paid for a large. Get it together folks!!!

Also, most tables not cleaned and left number plates from last customer . Today, I can’t even find napkins in the restaurant or inside the food bags. I hope there are more fast food restaurants in Ballston Spa so we can have more choices with better service.
