I've been asking myself lately why do I support McDonald's business. It's clear that is a business designed to produce fast food. Now I'd say that held true up until sometime around 2016 or 18 that has nothing to do with this location. However I will say for all McDonald's I've been to this one is the most disappointing. I don't know weather or not it's a lack of training or staff actually working or having the proper amount of staff it's unclear. It's not rocket science to serve warm or hot food and crispy fries which is their staple. I honestly don't know what's worse getting under cooked fires that are soggy or getting my meal 20mins after I ordered it making my food cold. I'd say it's clear that the staff is friendly but lacks the means to do their job properly.

Says open till 11pm, but only taking mobile orders or door dash. Seriously? Someone literally came on the drive-thru to tell me that I need to use my phone to orderl. I haven't been to McDonald's in like 2 years. At least now I know that I'll never go again. So dumb.

I don’t even know why I bothered giving McDonald’s another chance, they fail at almost every encounter. Doesn’t matter what location, but this one was glorious in It’s efforts to be slackers. I haven’t been to McDonald’s in months. I deleted the app I was done, but I was in a pinch tonight and hoping they would come to my rescue. I reinstall the app, ordered, but I should’ve known better. Probably lost me for life now, I can’t take it. Ba da da fail!

Have had both good and bad experiences here have had really slow service when no one is in line in front of me. Brought kids to play place that was fine!
