  The employee was very sweet. That's why I didn't leave 1 star. I ordered a crispy cantina chicken. This is what I received. How can an employee feel confident bagging this up and serving this knowing that there are guides, and trainings, and PICTURES, to show what it should look like. Or at least close to. I let out quite a laugh when I unwrapped this

  Not a fan of fast food chains, prefer local independents with real, interesting flavors. My bias. Will stave off hunger in an emergency. That said, Taco Bell has always been very consistently meh+, better than most comparable chains. I applaud the addition of sauces that are actually spicy! Sadly they recently removed the 7-layer burrito from the menu leaving fewer veggy options. So I had to try some other options. Not good. Quality control in assembly was really low with about half the amount of fillings that should have been there. I should have gotten bean burritos rather than paying $7 each for half-empty tortillas. Had some service issues too. And the dining area wasn't clean. Grim. Unlikely to return.

  Employees not trained correctly falls on owner. Portion of food all over the place employees on cell phones and many standing around. One soft taco over flowing another missing lettuce. No pride no training awful experience. Just went there 753 pm. Dining room closed. Drive thru open. Had trailer so could not go. Called said short staff. Just close the doors permanently here again closed early again wow maybe the owner should go work and stay there Edit months later still crappy service and rude maybe someone needs sue u

  Ordered my food which should of been vegetarian only and got beef when I look when I got home not happy at all !😡😡
