  Got the wrong order. Ordered a cheeseburger happy meal took it home to 96 yrs young grandma and it was chicken nuggets. Didn't go over well. :(

  the night workers can’t even pretend to be happy or atleast not act completely miserable i pulled up to get my order taken and instantly the employee was so rude rushed me through my order i requested no mustard got mustard anyways, didnt tell me the total for the order and when i gave the wrong price she was so ignorant

  I ordered 2 fish sandwiches with no cheese and a large sweet tea via the mobile app. After submitting my order, I was at the restaurant around 5 minutes later. After waiting 20 minutes in line, and another 5 minutes at the actual food window, I finally received my food and a sweet tea with no ice. It was handed with no heads up and the window closed. After having to knock on the window to gain the employee's attention to ask about the ice, I was told they were out. Again, no heads up that you are not getting a cold drink so that an informed decision could be made as to if the drink was still wanted, no apologies made regarding the entire situation. I know it is only fast-food but there still are minimal expectations that were not met. I don't think one person should have paid full price for a drink or should at least have been given proper info to know if they wanted to pay for a warm drink or not. And 25 minutes is a bit out of the window of what is expected when purchasing fast food.
