  The employee was very sweet. That's why I didn't leave 1 star. I ordered a crispy cantina chicken. This is what I received. How can an employee feel confident bagging this up and serving this knowing that there are guides, and trainings, and PICTURES, to show what it should look like. Or at least close to. I let out quite a laugh when I unwrapped this

  Not a fan of fast food chains, prefer local independents with real, interesting flavors. My bias. Will stave off hunger in an emergency. That said, Taco Bell has always been very consistently meh+, better than most comparable chains. I applaud the addition of sauces that are actually spicy! Sadly they recently removed the 7-layer burrito from the menu leaving fewer veggy options. So I had to try some other options. Not good. Quality control in assembly was really low with about half the amount of fillings that should have been there. I should have gotten bean burritos rather than paying $7 each for half-empty tortillas. Had some service issues too. And the dining area wasn't clean. Grim. Unlikely to return.

  Took about 20 minutes to get my order, they got my burrito wrong and my potato tacos had about two potatoes in them and they practically whispered my name when they called my order

  As a local I was excited to get a new taco bell. Service has been hit and miss. One quesorito was ordered with no sour cream and extra nacho cheese but had neither or the chipotle ranch so it was extremely dry and almost inedible. Other alterations were outright ignored. Hoping these sort of issues can be corrected before it becomes the trademark of our local taco bell.
