- JCJasmin CruzFeb 14, 20261.0I placed a mobile order for drive thru pickup. As I was at the stop sign I checked and I immediately realized I was missing an order of hash browns. I turned around and parked, went in and waited about 5 minutes and realized no one was going to help me. So I called over an associate and told them I was missing an order of hash browns. They gave me the hash browns and I went back home. My daughter comes to me and said they had put cheese on her breakfast sandwich which I ordered WITHOUT cheese. So I called the store I had ordered from and asked to speak to a manger, the woman on the phone told me she was the manager. I explained what had happened and she couldn’t care less. Coming from many years working in the customer service industry, I asked her to put herself in the consumers shoes. The manager whose name is Jamie, was rude and snappy towards me, showed no leadership skills and hung up on me when I was talking to her. So I proceeded to go to a different location for the food. By the time all was said and done an hour had passed by and my food that was waiting at home for me was cold. Absolutely disgusted with the situation.

This is the closest store to me and it makes me want to drive a hell of a distance for anything BESIDES this dunkin. Either the staff are bags of rocks or they aren’t training properly. Fast food orders are not complicated as someone who’s done it😁
