  I hate to slam this place because the people are nice but the food and coffee is really gone downhill recently and this place is really badly managed. If you go here after 11am they are out of everything. No donuts, lots of food items are gone, sometimes drink supplies are out. If you order on the mobile app you have to have a big negotiation about what they're going to substitute for all the stuff in your order you can't get and it's never anything that is good or that you really want. The parking lot is full of literal craters. You can't even call them potholes because they're like a foot deep and 4 ft wide. It's like an off-road park. And the wait times at the drive-thru can be over 20 minutes for only being four cars back. I'm not sure what's going on but it's getting easier for me to drive a little bit further down the road to a different location or coffee shop

  Ordered two medium coffee and got hot chocolate after waiting 15 min.in drive through. Went back to replace and employee and manager had bad customer service.

  Has to be the worst DD on the planet. Out of everything all the time You can order something on the App ahead of time and still wait 20 minutes.......if you are lucky

  The worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Waited in drive thru for 50m+ and they didn’t even give me a straw for my drink. This isn’t the only occasion of long wait times. I asked for manager and she said there wasn’t one there…I’m sorry but the manager should staff herself on a Friday morning if they know it’s busy and they are understaffed. Everyone also seems to be doing multiple jobs vs one person per job so everything is chaotic. Should be no reason to have 4 people on drinks and the person cooking is also doing drive thru.

  They cannot refund your money if you order through the app. Absolutely unacceptable. Corporate takes 14 days! Don't use the app if you can help it!!!
