  Love this Wendy’s eat there all the time Just now as I was waiting for my order to get done in the drive-through I seen a man with no gloves stick his fingers in the chicken nuggets to carry them And then proceeded to put his hand in the bar with no glove And no one else was wearing gloves either Completely disgusting never eating there again Can’t believe we make fun of some people for always using their hands with no gloves But it’s happening right here to

  2/24/26 Drive thru First time ever going to Wendy’s in Baldwin, and it will be the Last!. The one chubby Girl with dark curly wild hair, with bunch of makeup, and bright red lipstick.( Not sure if she’s mentally thinking she’s in a beauty competition) ….but that girl has such a nasty attitude. You can’t even ask about the menu without her Having an attitude! People like that. Should never work with customers or in a fast food location! My cousin also went and said the same thing about her! And by the way that drive threw it’s to small. it should be in that side parking space instead.

  I’m not sure what’s going on with the staff at this Wendy’s, but the experience was frustrating. It felt like employees were rushing, on their phones, or chatting among themselves instead of focusing on customers. When the order came out wrong and I pointed it out, they seemed irritated. Even asking for sauce while holding extra money in my hand to give to them felt like an inconvenience. Overall, it felt like they were more interested in giving you whatever they wanted rather than what you actually ordered.

  I truly hope someone from this site view my review . This particular Wendys location Baldwin needs to be closed and revamp with new team and management - it very unprofessional . 90% of the time when I order my food for my family and I from the driveway the order is always incorrect and the person that takes the orders always seems unhappy and rude, the company truly needs to hire a person to order the food for a week and see what people are talking Bout it is very unprofessional and always miss up the orders and people lose their money .

  I never had a complaint before at this location..but that lady that works overnight at the drive thru had me waiting for 10-minutes and I did and then she said to pull over cause she didn't got my order correctly so I went and repeated my order for to tell me to wait 10 more minutes because she was by herself working...so I got a little upset and understood but what really killed ne was when she said you s0anish people always massing something up!!? My question is i never asked for nothing free .and second I know im Spanish..but its not my fault..
