The filling was awful, the flavor was off, and even the soy sauce was a cheap, low-quality brand. Overall, the entire meal tasted bad and was definitely not worth the price. I would not buy this again.

I have 2 annual personal parties and am an organizer for a professional organization which meets 4-5 times a year. I am in charge of the food. That would be an average of 6-7 Strawberry Short cakes annually. Gabby from the Baldwin store bakery has been my go to cake lady for several years now. She is phenomenal. She is always so cheerful and obviously loves her work. Additionally, she always goes the extra length with decorations, etc.. I have had so many compliments from my guests about her strawberry short cakes. I have several choices of where to shop in the Freeport area. She will always be my primary go to gal. Thank You Gabby.
