As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Contacted the store number didn’t work. Had to take an Uber to the store which cost $15 going and then $21 coming back. Get to the store let them know what was missing and ask them to make the whole order fresh and they said no they were only making the missing items. Mind you the store was only 10 minutes from where I was located. So on DoorDash with fees and everything I spent $51. Plus $36 on transportation just not to get the right thing and still was denied proper service. Food was cold and old no resolution. Would not return back to this checkers. Customer service is horrible. For all the money I spent I could’ve went to a restaurant. This is so disgraceful and corporate needs to be contacted. Because what type of people are they hiring.
