  The workers were rude to us. We were told someone would be right with is, and waited for over 10 minutes at the register until one of the workers asked if we needed help. They forgot our donuts, didn't have any stuffed bagel minis, so gave us a regular sized everything bagel, but never toasted it, and just slopped cream cheese on it. Also made 2 out of 3 drinks wrong. Will never go back to this dunkin, and would not recommend to anyone honestly. This is not the first issue we had at this particular store either.

  We stopped here on the way home from Cooperstown heading back to PA and the Dunkin here was so so. The service was decent. We just wanted 4 donuts and my wife wanted a coffee. We waited about 10 minutes because they forgot to give us the donuts. We ordered 2 Boston Creams and 2 of the Brownie Batter but we got only 1 or what we wanted. The others we got were not right. At least the coffee was good. It definitely needs some work and training!

  If I could give zero stars I would . I would like to say all the workers there are fabulous as well as the manager crystal! However looks like a new manager is there for a week treating workers unprofessionally as well making liars out of customers who provide lots of services to this Dunkin! Calling a pastor and a well known manager in the area is a disgrace! Trying to blame your coworkers below you for your gain is sick ! Lying strait to customers faces while you’re cought in lies is a disgrace! I will take this as far as I have to for what is right for all these young girls that work there ! Michaela the manager needs extensive training on what management is as well as how to be polite to customers!
