    Food: I love my lobster rolls, but this was not what I expected. It contained very little lobster meat and was minced and mixed with avocado to the point it tasted like pudding. The same is true for the baked clams that we didn't even eat (which they did remove from the bill).The best thing about our meal was the bacon strip, clam chowder, and French fries. Service: The wait staff were friendly and attentive. Atmosphere: This is why we go here , for the view of the bay and the salt air. Don't get me wrong, I've had delicious burgers and more at Tres Palms. Just don't order the lobster roll. It's not like any lobster roll -Long Island, Connecticut, or Lobster salad style-you've ever had.

    What a disappointment. I ordered the saffron paella and my husband had the lamb chops and tuna. The moment they placed the food on the table I knew it wasn’t going to be edible. First my paella was a weird brownish color and you could see the rice was overcooked but the seafood was worse! It was salty and tasted off so I stopped eating & my husbands food we’re both overcooked. When the waitress came back she asked me if I wanted to wrap it and very nicely I replied no thank you, I really didn’t like it the seafood tastes like it off almost like freezer burned which she proceeded to make a rude face at me and say that she doesn’t understand what I was talking about because the seafood was fresh that day and started to walk away which I wasn’t that pleased with it, so I just said I’m sorry but that seafood it definitely not fresh. She didn’t say I’m sorry can I get you something else or even say oh maybe I can speak to my manager to see if I can take some money off of the bill just a rude face. So needless to say my meal was a wasted $49 which I paid for & left hungry on my Valentines date night with my hubby. Do not waste your money.

    Had a reservation sat for over 1/2 hour. No one came to our table. Others that were seated after us were being helped. All my friends know NEVER GO HERE

    We visited Tres Palms for Valentine’s Day with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We arrived on time for our reservation, yet it took about 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our table. After that, it was another 30 minutes before our food arrived. Considering it was a special occasion, the slow service really set the wrong tone for the evening. I ordered the bacon-wrapped filet and added a lobster tail. The meal came with mashed potatoes and broccoli rabe. While the steak itself was decent, they didn’t provide the proper utensils for cutting it, which was frustrating. The lobster tail was overcooked and dry, and it didn’t come with the proper tools to crack or eat it. For a restaurant serving lobster, that was surprising and disappointing. My wife ordered the stuffed lobster with corn. We also ordered bread, but it never came to the table. To make matters worse, our server never came back to check on us or offer drink refills. We had to wait another 15 minutes just to get salt and pepper. We ended up having two different servers, and there seemed to be a lack of communication between them. Because of that, the bill was separated and came out incorrectly, which added even more confusion to an already frustrating evening. Overall, the lack of attention, poor service, missing items, and billing confusion completely overshadowed what should have been a special Valentine’s dinner. Instead of ending the night satisfied, we’re now heading to Red Lobster to pick up biscuits for my pregnant wife. Sadly, the experience did not meet our expectations, and we left very disappointed.
