  Early in the morning right around opening time, right as I started to place my order, I heard what sounded like someone in the back punching or slamming something in the back, it seemed like they got mad just because I ordered. Honestly, it was super unsettling. The food? An absolute disaster. My mozzarella sticks were burnt to a crisp, and my husband’s sub was soggy, sloppy, and just awful. Totally unacceptable. The only bright spot was the guy who took our order and made our pizza, he was super nice, professional, and the pizza he made was actually delicious. Honestly, he’s the only reason this review isn’t a zero-star. But whoever is running the back really needs to get their attitude together and learn how to cook properly. If the manager’s temper is affecting the kitchen this badly, someone higher up should step in.

  A week and a half ago I placed an online order for a large cheese and pep and mozzarella sticks. They called me and told me they were out of the mozzarella sticks so I got fries instead. Took 2 hours for our delivery to get here, when it arrived the pizza was a cold sloppy mess that we couldn’t even eat. At this point everything is pretty much closed. We called to speak to the owner / manager and he was very rude, arguing with us and making excuses for the situation. After much debate on his part he reluctantly agreed to give us a free pizza for the mistake. Last night we decided to cash in on the free pizza, we called to order and I asked for thicker crust with lite sauce, how I originally ordered it. The owner refused to do the thicker crust. We had originally got delivery and paid the fee, they wouldn’t deliver this one which i understand. Then he wanted us to pay for the pepperoni topping which was what we originally got. Was very rude about the whole situation didn’t once say sorry about before or anything. Was clearly trying to haggle any money he could from us. Went and picked up the pizza, they didn’t apologize or say anything to me about the mess up. When we got home the pizza was absolutely disgusting. I checked when we left the store and from looks it looked okay. It was undercooked you could taste that the cheese wasn’t all the way cooked. Myself and my boyfriend only ate one slice each because it was so disgusting. At this point I am just never going to order from this location again and not even bother calling to speak to the owner after what happened before. I manage a pizza place myself and it’s beyond me that the owner was arguing with a customer over their mistake, was trying to haggle money out of us, clearly wasn’t sorry or trying to make the customer happy. The customer may not always be right but they are always the customer. I’d think that when a store is under new management they would want to keep customers happy and coming back. Overall a disappointing experience at this location and will not order from here and I will tell people not to order from this location.

  I’ve been ordering at least biweekly from this location for the past year. The food and service has been consistently good, but today (1/22/25) the food was immaculate! Whichever crew was on tonight did a great job in preparation and presentation of the food and hope continues going forward.

  Ordered last minute and they still accepted our online order right away. Quick delivery by a polite young man. Food was great & good portions for the price! Just what we needed after a long, difficult day. Total time from ordered to delivered was only 30mins at closing time Saturday night.
