A week and a half ago I placed an online order for a large cheese and pep and mozzarella sticks. They called me and told me they were out of the mozzarella sticks so I got fries instead.
Took 2 hours for our delivery to get here, when it arrived the pizza was a cold sloppy mess that we couldn’t even eat. At this point everything is pretty much closed. We called to speak to the owner / manager and he was very rude, arguing with us and making excuses for the situation. After much debate on his part he reluctantly agreed to give us a free pizza for the mistake.
Last night we decided to cash in on the free pizza, we called to order and I asked for thicker crust with lite sauce, how I originally ordered it. The owner refused to do the thicker crust. We had originally got delivery and paid the fee, they wouldn’t deliver this one which i understand. Then he wanted us to pay for the pepperoni topping which was what we originally got. Was very rude about the whole situation didn’t once say sorry about before or anything. Was clearly trying to haggle any money he could from us.
Went and picked up the pizza, they didn’t apologize or say anything to me about the mess up.
When we got home the pizza was absolutely disgusting. I checked when we left the store and from looks it looked okay. It was undercooked you could taste that the cheese wasn’t all the way cooked. Myself and my boyfriend only ate one slice each because it was so disgusting.
At this point I am just never going to order from this location again and not even bother calling to speak to the owner after what happened before.
I manage a pizza place myself and it’s beyond me that the owner was arguing with a customer over their mistake, was trying to haggle money out of us, clearly wasn’t sorry or trying to make the customer happy. The customer may not always be right but they are always the customer. I’d think that when a store is under new management they would want to keep customers happy and coming back.
Overall a disappointing experience at this location and will not order from here and I will tell people not to order from this location.

They've changed hands, the pizzas still very good. There's lots of items on the menu to choose from. The service is wonderful and very friendly people.

Let's talk perk points. You order your pie, then want to use perk points. A pop-up reads, below 15.00 minimum. The pie you're trying to order is 34.00. I call the store; guy says they have a 20.00 min. Order for delivery. If I want delivery, I have to order something else. This isn't right!! What's the point of using the perk points when I want to if I have to spend more $? I gave a tip and they charge a 6.00 delivery fee. They have great pizza. Today is the first time ever for a 'complaint' about this place. The 'co-owner' - unfriendly and bordered on rude. I called because it was well beyond an hour. I called and he told me prior the delivery would be 1 to 1.5 hr. No he didn't. My pizza arrives warm. Ok, I'll live with it... it's missing a topping. I call again. He states, I took your order. I encouraged him to look at my past orders... always the same. He said, I'll deduct it from your next order. He was rude. I won't be ordering again. Sign, Perk Points
PS. The canoli I had to purchase for delivery- is terrible. Dry and no flavor. This location has taken a serious nose dive in quality of food and service.
