  Called to order and employee took my order and when i arrived my order was not placed. Employees pretend to take your order 😡bad for bussiness.

  Last time we were there everything was good, but this time it was horrible dishes were dirty and grimy with food splatter still visible, the tables were dirty as well there were dead bugs and cobwebs in the window sill, there was also a thick layer of dust on the window sill and as we went to go pay I noticed that none of the workers were wearing gloves while handling the food they also grabbed the pepperoni and cheese without washing their hands cross contaminating the food, very disappointed.

  Disgusting. Absolutely won’t ever order from here again. I ordered food tonight and the delivery driver showed up to my house. Cool , I look out the window just in time to see him smoking a damn cigarette right beside my pizza. My food was cold , items were missing and there was zero way to know if my food was touched , tampered with etc. because they don’t have stickers on the box. If I could give it zero stars I would. To top it off , I tried calling the store for an hour and got no answer.

  This place is filthy, run down. Clean it up. How does the state let you operate? Also, update the prices on the menus, not just tell customers afterwards.

  I truly miss having a local pizza hut so we traveled an hour to Auburn to have a nice sit down meal of salad and great pizza. The food was great however the staff was angry at being understaffed and overworked and were loudly stating it for customers to hear. I don't blame them at all for their frustration but the lack of staff meant no table service, no salad bar, no utensils. We had to scrounge for napkins and eat our pizza still in the box. It was very disappointing and whomever owns this franchise should be ashamed of this place. They need to make alot of improvements before I would return or recommend anyone go there.
