    I went to Wendy's last Saturday morning around 10:20am. I ordered 2 sausage and mushroom breakfast sandwiches on croissants and 2 honey butter biscuits. I got my order and pulled over to check it. And I got 1 sandwich with bacon not sausage and 2 chicken on a biscuit thing. So I pull back around and tell them the whole order is screwed up. And the manager came over. I'm told we're changing over to lunch now. It wasn't even 10:45 yet. And I said the girl said there were a few eggs left. She said yeah I'll have to just refund your money. No compensation now or discount for later. Nothing, not even an apology. Sad some people's jobs are so hard. And management doesn't even care about customer service.

    Menu signage price does not match actual price charged. Manager fixed it. But time consuming and seemed to be a problem bc she had other duties to attend to. Also man taking order had strong accent and spoke quickly without enunciation. Very hard to understand in drive through. He was nice enough. Just should not ve in drive through.

    ORDERED ONLINE 2 LARGE CHILI AND A CHOCOLATE FROSTY AT 12:03 WAS AT THE PLACE AT 12:15 NEVER GOT THE ORDER UNTIL 12;40 THIS LOCATION HAS HAD PROBLEMS IN THE PAST WE HAVE TRIED AGAIN 2 TIMES OKAY NOW THEY ARE BACK TO BS I DONT IF THIS CORPORATE OR A FRANCHISE PLACE I WOULD NEVER CALL IT A RESTAURANT ICE NEEDS TO GO THERE THEY COULD EMPTY THAT PLACE WAHT A SHAME USED TO BE GOOD NOW THEY SUCK BIF TIME NOT MUCH ENGLISH ENGLISH SPOKEN NOT RECOMMENED GO TO TACI BELL
