- GHGiovanna HeronOct 19, 20231.0Each time I have had to pickup my children's, husband's, or even my prescriptions they are not ready and they are always sent over in the morning and I give them the whole day and pick them up after dinner. UNBELIEVABLE. The last 2 times they have tried to say our insurance doesn't cover our prescriptions and after 15 minutes of back and forth they finally go into their computer and MAGICALLY its covered. This is getting ridiculous.

They will sit at the window and pretend not to see you, there is always an issue with our monthly prescriptions not being billed correctly then they give such a nasty attitude when asked to correct it. The entire vibe of the pharmacy staff is that you’re bothering them.
