- MLMegan LoPiccoloOct 18, 20252.0So the initial service around 1 pm. was great, they were sooo friendly!!! but later on when I went back to let them know that when I drank my pumpkin chai latte I had two hard things come out in my mouth, and I almost gagged. I knew that I had to go back and let them know what was wrong so that it doesn't happen to other people. I had no idea what it was it just felt like two stones in my mouth. Once I composed myself and figured out what they were I found, two coffee beans in my drink ok ik not a huge deal but someone who has a major gag reflex might have thrown up. When I went back to make them aware, because it really grossed me out, the cashier argued with me and told me that they couldn't sell lattes all day that day because the machines were down. I told her I was definitely here this morning and I got a hot pumpkin chai latte. She basically Argued with me like I was lying. This was all over the speaker, so I said I'm going to pull up and show you my receipt to prove to you that I actually did buy a latte today at this location. I showed her the receipt and then she was like, oh well I can't do anything about it you can come back tomorrow and talk to the manager. That happens a lot because the bean machine is right near the latte machine or something like that. So tell me why if it happens a lot they don't switch things around to remedy the problem. I didn't have time the next day to go back nor did I think I should have to go back to talk to a manager. I would not have made this review had the girl just apologized and said I'm sorry that that happened she was very unapologetic and pretty rude. I'm a very forgiving person and I don't like writing negative reviews, but I just think that that girl needs to step up her customer service game and show some respect for the customer. I should also add I tried to call the store three times just to let them know but you can't even get through to the store supposedly they don't have a phone line there according to the Ally.
