My issue is that when trying to call and have a conversation with anyone they forwarded me to voice mail and then ironically I get disconnected. After calling the first time inquiring how much longer my order was going to take I was told he was right around the corner. Half hour later I call back and they had to contact to the driver. He told them that he had attempted to knock 3 times and no one answered so he left it on the porch. I see a few things wrong with this. Why no phone call??. If I wanted my food left on the porch I would have checked the box to leave it on the porch since there’s an option for that but my problem(s) are my food was cold though they stated they JUST left, two I have a dog and most certainly barks whenever anyone is at the door, three did he NOT think to ring the door bell that’s right next to the door that he “knocked” on THREE times!?!!

We were told we could get another one, we brought back the receipt but didn’t give us a refund or a new pizza because we didn’t bring back the original pizza, that they FAILED to mention when asking for a new pizza.
