    Ordered a pizza from here it was disgusting instead of the manager Brandon helping me he didn't even ask for my order instead he said that his general manager made all the pizzas with care and love when I asked to talk to him he said he was gone for the week then hung up in my face I will be calling every day until I get a hold of this manger and I'm also calling corporate on brandon this happen 1/27/26 at about 7 pm I'm writing this so he knows for a fact that it was him it was so unprofessional and disgusting don't order from here my pizza looked like a blind 3 year old made it

    I ordered 2 pizzas and a desert. The desert was perfect, I must say. The pizzas though, they were burnt on the top and bottom to the point of blackness. The crust was cut maybe 1/4 of the way so you had to rip it apart. It was about 30 minutes late being delivered, too. The online status said “making” for over 30 minutes and said it was going to be delivered but never was… it was about 30 minutes later. The food was not good. The service was not good. When I went to complain to corporate, the answering service said they had to text me rather than have a live person. The texting turned into emailing. Everything was automated until finally I got an email saying they’d send the complaint to the local owner… it has been over 2 days now and I’ve heard nothing. So, bad food, bad service and then nowhere to complain to. What a horrible company. lol

    How do you order almost 50 dollars in food and they mess it up, then when you call they replace it but they show up and want to take food back when thats never been a case. I show them the messed up food but sorry not sending it back because thats weird. Then when we open the replacement food thats messed up as well? Get it together..

    It took an hour and 35 mins for my order to get to me. That’s not my compliant. My issue is that when trying to call and have a conversation with anyone they forwarded me to voice mail and then ironically I get disconnected. After calling the first time inquiring how much longer my order was going to take I was told he was right around the corner. Half hour later I call back and they had to contact to the driver. He told them that he had attempted to knock 3 times and no one answered so he left it on the porch. I see a few things wrong with this. Why no phone call??. If I wanted my food left on the porch I would have checked the box to leave it on the porch since there’s an option for that but my problem(s) are my food was cold though they stated they JUST left, two I have a dog and most certainly barks whenever anyone is at the door, three did he NOT think to ring the door bell that’s right next to the door that he “knocked” on THREE times!?!!
