    The portions they give you are super small like if it’s coming out of their paycheck and the workers have mad attitude for no reason.

    Horrible experience.. was left standing for what felt like 5 minutes waiting to even be acknowledged by one of the three employees upfront with no one else in store customer wise. They ran out of sour cream and just told me they were out and lettuce was soaking wet in the pan they had on the line and still proceeded putting it on food. When I got home I tried eating my bowl but ended up just throwing it in the trash. Horrible customer service / food . I’am disappointed with my visit .

    every time i go in there it’s a mess, they out of 10 million things and just looks like they need better management. also bowl portions are soooooo incredibly inconsistent. AND my friend got food poisoning smh

    Bekka, I said I would write a much deserved review and here it is!!!! I went here for their Tattoo BOGO event and Bekka took such good care of me. Of course it was PACKED and hectic. The workers were moving at 50 miles an hr. And Bekka was handling the cash register. Chipotle corporate of course messed up pricing and how they used the system didn’t actually equate to a BOGO. I pointed it out to her and she made all the efforts to ask her higher ups. They all ignored her and literally waved her aside and so she did what anyone would do in that situation and offered me another bowl to compensate for the one I shouldn’t have had to pay for. True customer service. True problem solving during a hectic time. And she has all my support. The supervisors and the kid that threw his hands up in the middle of my order because he didn’t have black beans ought to stay where they are. But Bella deserves a raise and to be put in a position she wants (including management) as that is the energy she possesses. Thank you so much and I will come visit as I DoorDash!!! Bekka, you rock!!!!!!!
