  Came in for brunch with my family(kids between 4-12) at first I came in with the hopes of getting a table inside. Which required a 35 min wait. The hostess did all she could but tables were not available. We sat outside and it was a bit cold they turned on the heaters, made sure we were comfortable and well served. Food I can't tell you how good it was! 😋 our server katherina i believe was her name was AMAZING even interacted with my girls of 4 & 5 years old. Manager as well was so great he kept coming around to make sure we were we'll taken care of! Busser, runners hostess, server, drinks, FOOD, atmosphere, it was all 5 stars 🌟 trully appreciate it!

  My favorite restaurant in Astoria to grab dinner and drinks with friends. The food and drinks are consistently great, and you can tell they really care about quality because everything always comes out fresh and full of flavor. The cocktail menu is just as impressive, with well-made drinks that pair perfectly with the meal. The music creates a fun vibe without being overwhelming, so it feels lively while still being a place where you can actually enjoy conversation. One of the things that really stands out every time is the service— all of the waiters are super friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which makes the experience even better. The atmosphere as a whole feels warm, energetic, and inviting, making it just as perfect for a casual dinner as it is for weekend brunch. All around, it is a great spot that I would definitely recommend as a go-to place for a night out in Astoria.

  I had a fantastic time at The Grand on 30th Avenue in Astoria. As soon as I stepped inside, the space felt welcoming, modern, and comfortable. The staff struck the perfect balance—attentive and friendly while still giving you room to enjoy your experience. The food really exceeded expectations. Every dish was fresh, full of flavor, and presented with care. The drinks were equally well done, with a solid variety and expertly crafted cocktails. The overall atmosphere is what makes this place stand out—energetic without being too loud, making it ideal for anything from a casual night out to a date. It’s easy to see why it’s so popular locally. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend it to anyone in the Astoria area.

  If you’re in Astoria and looking for a spot that really delivers on both food and experience, The Grand Astoria is seriously one of the best places you can go. I don’t usually write long reviews, but this place actually deserves it. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere hits you right away. It’s got that perfect mix of upscale and comfortable—like you could go there for a special occasion, but also just a nice night out. The lighting, music, and overall vibe make it feel like a place you want to stay at for a while, not just eat and leave. But what really stood out to me was the service. I’ve been to a lot of restaurants, and this was easily some of the best service I’ve ever had. The staff was incredibly attentive without being overbearing. They greeted us right away, checked in consistently, and made sure everything was perfect the entire time. Our server knew the menu inside and out—giving great recommendations, explaining dishes in detail, and even helping us pair drinks with our food. You could tell they actually cared about the experience, not just going through the motions. At one point, we had a small request to modify a dish, and they handled it like it was nothing. No attitude, no hesitation—just “of course, we got you.” That kind of professionalism really goes a long way. They also timed everything perfectly—drinks, appetizers, and main courses all came out at the right pace so we never felt rushed or waiting around. The food itself was just as impressive.
