Often dine here after going to the movies and everytime my guest experience gets worse and worse. After today's visit, I've had enough and will no longer be visiting this location.
For starters, whenever Subway has a promotion, this location does not use it (fine, I understand) but it's annoying. Also, the staff in this location is very petty and refuses to give me more than 2+ napkins? Ridiculous. When sometimes the condiments can drip from the sandwich and I'd like to have more napkins. Why can't they have the napkins outside like neighboring Starbucks and Panera do? Whenever I've requested more napkins politely, the staff rudely tells me no and refuses to give more napkins. Absolutely petty.
Adding to their pettiness, when I ordered a footlong meal today, they made me pay extra for a soda in the fridge instead of giving me the meal package because their fountain wasn't working. The worker also rudely told me I wouldn't get the deal. As a patron, it's not my fault the fountain wasn't working so I paid extra for the bottle of soda but felt it should've been awarded into the package.
I often share a footlong with my mom and everytime we dine the workers also make us feel uncomfortable for ordering one and often keep asking and insisting "just one?'
Another time I was here a worker refused to give a lady a clean cup after she asked politely since she claimed it smelled.
Everytime it gets more frustrating to dine here and for those reasons, I will be visiting other establishments that are more attentive, appreciative, and treat me like a human being.
I've also complained to corporate in the past and of course I didn't get a response. Other chains have at least had the decency to reply and address my concerns whenever I've complained so you can clearly see how much they care about improving the guest experience.

Allowed a stollen credit card to be used to purchase a sandwich. When I called to inform them, he said he had already made the sandwich and then proceeded to pretend like he didn't understand me.
