  Horrible experience. I purchased the Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso and picked it up to discover it did not have a lick of Sugar. When I told the associate, she told me I ordered the wrong item. She said there is a sweet and unsweetened version. I proceeded to show her the app which has a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso and a Shaken Espresso, no brown sugar. Therefore, the sweet one would have to be the BROWN SUGAR SHAKEN ESPRESSO. But according to this associate, that was wrong. Why would the drink be called the brown sugar shaken espresso if it did not in fact have any brown sugar? I don't know perhaps we should ask the associate. Apparently, every Dunkin has a different recipe for the drinks and at THIS Dunkin Brown Sugar is not sweet. Which is so weird, because you would assume SUGAR would be SWEET but I guess not. I guess the Shaken Espresso without the brown sugar would have been the sweet version(?). She added 3 pumps of brown sugar syrup to my drink after arguing me about how I purchased the wrong item, she also complained to her coworker while adding the 3 pumps. Not remaking, just adding the 3 pumps. I wonder, did she pay for the pumps? Are they her pumps? I don't know. No apologies, no remakes, just told that Brown Sugar isn't sweet. I felt gaslit, and very dissatisfied with the customer service. 0/10 would not recommend. ALSO, should note, there is no working phone number, even though you are prompted to reach out to the store for any allergen concerns.... how can I reach out if the phone number does not work? I guess that is also an unknown. what does Dunkin do know? how to make really shitty coffee.

  I am a frequent customer at this specific location. As I am purchasing my order this morning, I asked to get a water cup and the lady refused to give me water which I have done at other dunkins previously.. ridiculous. Didn’t know water came out of her paycheck

  New ownership has a nasty attitude. Used to be good but won’t buy from a place that’s rude to customers. Sad cause it was running well and now it will probably close.

  The order was prepared quick . But looks like they rushed too much and put barely any cream cheese in my bagel. Take it slow and please do a good job in future. Thank you
