Bought romaine lettuce yesterday and found bugs crawling in it when I got home. Photos are attached to this review. The lettuce looked fine in the store but was clearly not fresh or properly handled. We have also personally witnessed employees sorting through fruits, separating the moldy ones, and repackaging the remaining produce. Other customers have reported finding expired meat and packaged goods left on shelves over a month past their expiration dates, and at least one person reported food poisoning from spoiled sausage sold past its sell-by date. The produce section is consistently disorganized and poor quality. Prices here also run higher than comparable stores in the area. If you shop here, inspect everything carefully before buying.

DO NOT GO HERE! Actually the worst supermarket I have ever been to. Most of the frozen section items are melting due to improper storage. Insane prices in comparison to Key Food or other local options. They tried to charge me for items I didnt have in my checkout multiple times. Also their music is always skipping which makes going here feel like a demented circle of hell. Trash.

Staff is very weird, I don’t think they use separate machines for slicing deli meats vs cheeses. Manager and checkout ladies seem as though they are unknowledgeable concerning how their systems work. One day they accept certain forms of payment other days they don’t or they don’t seem to bother wanting to accept otc payments. I go shopping for my elderly mother who has a difficult time going outside and she asked me to go to this specific supermarket because she wanted to ensure her business was going towards honest hard working people but every time I come here it’s always a hassle with her card. The floors are uneven in certain areas and honestly the place just looks rundown. Also when you ask for assistance they speak in their own languages to each other. They even tried to charge me for using my WIC card after THEY struggled to accept the otc card that they were able to accept two weeks prior. I refused to pay. Truthfully I have no intention of ever returning to this location it’s exhausting, I’m sure they’re content with knowing we won’t return either. -shrug-
