I went in and ordered a regular chicken bowl. I never asked for extra protein and certainly didn’t receive it. My bowl is mainly rice, and I was charged for extra chicken. A bowl that is usually $12 was $17. I didnt want to make a fuss with the workers bc Its only $4 but please be more mindful and do your simple ahh job correctly.

I went in a few weekends ago, about 45-60 mins after they opened. I got to the counter and the food looked dry and old. I asked the server why it looked that way. To which he said “we just opened”. I asked if that meant it was old and he said yes. I was disturbed by this. Now I’m wondering when else is the food old? This was a terrible experience that really changed my view of this chain and location.

Always dirty and nasty but I was thinking that’s just lack of workers, but tonight I came after my 13h shift to take a bowl, kid that was working was barely present and iritated by my (probably bc I’m white cuz he did not disrespected any other people) took the rice skipped the beans and asked for steak, he literally gave me half of scoop and when I asked for more he got visibily mad, then he proceed to put the biggest scoop of pico and sour cream evendough I asked for just a little bit, then I came to the register the guy who worked there - blank, not even a silent hello, I asked for water cup which he nervously refused to give ( “we don’t have any more water cups”) eventhough I saw people chilling w cups on table… All together a big DISASTER, whoever is managing this place need to be fired bc that’s not how you train people to treat PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!! Shame on this place, never ever again!

Hi, I ordered a bowl to go. I chose the base, lettuce, beans, cheese, and a few regular toppings. For protein, I picked tofu and chicken — two proteins total. Your worker told me that I had two extra proteins, and I said no, I only have one extra protein, which is the tofu. He said no, that I have two extras: extra tofu and extra chicken. I then asked him if I get two scoops of chicken or just one, and he said one. So I asked him how that can be considered an “extra” protein if a regular bowl already includes one protein. He repeated that one protein is included, but since I picked two proteins, it counts as two extras, but he would only charge me for one. I still don’t understand. Can someone explain how choosing two proteins equals two extra proteins? Does that mean you charge the first protein as extra, and every additional protein is also extra? In other words, are proteins always extra? I normally wouldn’t write a review, but he repeated several times: “Now you know for next time.” Hopefully, he will learn the correct lesson for next time — that if I order two proteins, only one is extra, not two, three, or whatever his math was. Thank you in advance.
