I’ve been there so many times and there’s specific employees serving the food that I want to avoid because they would either skimp on the portions or just completely misunderstand me. Not only that but the food just comes out inconsistent every single time. Undercooked meat or rice or veggies or all of the above. Sometimes overcooked all of the above or a mix of both.

Wasn't offered any $ off or any sofritos or even a drink to make up for the price lapse. I understand running out of things but most places let you know before they start making the order!!

When they were done they never came to service me. I stood at the line for 5 minutes and no other customers were in line. The person at the register was chatting with another employee who seemed to be leaving for the day. Two other employees were behind the counter, one by the grill and one making quesadillas. After the five minutes passed I asked if anyone was going to service me. All employees looked confused as if I did not deserve to be serviced. I am thoroughly upset the experience was degrading.
