Wait times are excessively long, and communication is a major issue due to a significant language barrier. Orders often need to be repeated several times, yet mistakes still happen frequently. For the business to run more smoothly, it would help tremendously to have at least one fluent English speaker handling phone orders and working the register. The overall operation feels quite disorganized, which affects the entire customer experience. With some improvements in staffing and organization, this could be a much better spot.

Racist because as they were lying to me they gave another customer a difficult time and she walked out on her order. Then they had the nerve to tell me I didnt habe the reward and if my birthday reward you have to come the day of when the app clearly states it expire in a month. This one on Broadway in Astoria Queens NO GOOD!

Also flavors were potent I love it. It filled me up so much I saved about 7 wings for the next day. Gotta get some more.
