  This Dunkin' location (31-14 Ditmars Boulevard) as well as the one on 31st Street (22-78 31st Street) are both managed by a lovely and hardworking woman who is a master of customer service. The employees here are hardworking and always very nice. They even politely greet you, which has become a rare event, here in Astoria. This is a business I'm happy to frequent!

  The Lady supervisor from Tuesday evening was rude and disrespectful. I was trying to buy a soda but I wanted know the prices first because lack of money so I didn't want to look ridiculous and embarrassed, do I asked her abd said to me " are you buying something? And I said Yes but I need to know the price First , then she ignored vne strutted walk AWAY and ignoring me, I asked to the young dark skin Guy and he SAID" ask to the boss NoT me, and he was in the cash register, and I asked the Lady supervisor and look at ME like ism crazy (when she is the crazy) And ignited ne and walking out again, abd it was 5-7 minutes and later because treated me with disrespect and crap, I said to her do I go to the other Dunkin donuts And she SAID " YES GO.

  My favorite dunkin in Astoria! The staff is ALWAYS so kind. Their energy always makes a difference (its why i go to this one even though there’s another one closer to me).

  this store is usually wonderful and the best in the neighborhood but recently their coffee has been way too bitter to drink. not sure why but it started within the last two weeks
