  If you get a watermelon non-lemonade here no the sizes are different than the regular fountain drink. I had said something to the girl at the front because because I had a 3 Hour Dr. home and said that they should tell you, the large is only 20 ounces before ordering because I anticipated I was paying for a large drink. The manager was extremely helpful. The assistant manager when I had called it just shouldn’t of got to the point that I had to call the assistant manager the girl with the dark hair and glasses was very rude and rolling her eyes and just said OK when I told her my concern I just feel like if you’re spending almost $20 at a fast food chain you should be guaranteed To know what you’re purchasing

  I went there few days ago, using the drive thru, and well immediately we approached the window where you can see the menu, the new offers and products, was a terrible guy behind the monitor asking 5 seconds later if we’re ready to order, my husband told him to give him a minute and he keeping asking about if we are ready and know want we wants. (mind you nobody was behind us), so I ordered a peppercorn whopper and my husband a Doble whopper… so in his super rude and terrible mind he decided to speak to us in Spanish even when my husband speak a perfect English, to me? That’s not a problem at all, but it’s very offensive if you switch languages even when nobody asked you for that just because you assume that’s more easy. Okay… we made the order, he keeping being rude, my husband ask for extra mayo and that was all. At the other window the guy was with that terrible attitude, bringing the food very rude but we paid and left…. Matter fact, I’m pregnant so I was craving a BK so bad!!!! I checked the bag, no mayo… okay 😪I started eating and buuumm!, a hair in my burguer, a hole hair attached to the patty… 🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴 what happened next? I get sick for the rest of the afternoon and night, unable to eat anything more because I was nauseated and mad. This is not fair and you guys should to have more control about who and how the food it’s being processed. Oh! And keep and eye on the workers. No body wants to pay money to had bad experiences.

  10/10 experience, they have SIGNIFICANTLY IMPROVED! Everyone is very kind and patient, the food is piping hot and the Whoppers are perfect ever. Single. Time. It’s great at any time day or night dine in or out, and best of all ITS FRESH. Give them another try, you will not regret it!
