My issue and the reason for 3 stars is the parking lot is always a shopping cart warzone. Patrons never return their carts and entering the parking lot is a hazard. See the images of seven shopping carts left in front of the parking lot entrance on the beach 69th entrance. It would be ideal if this issue can be addressed where a staff member returns the carts to safe location.

Gotta pay people or get your machines working -- that's the choice, right? If you don't do either one you are not a serious company. Also the parking lot is such a silly place to be, 5-6 cars parked in the fire lane at all times because they're too lazy to walk 20 feet from a parking space. Stop & Shop needs to clear this out, every time I go it's a near accident dodging double parked cars. Guess they don't mind the occasional lawsuit
