    I entered the store around 9:25 PM and was checking out around 9:45–9:50 PM. At self-checkout I asked the attendant about signing up for a store card and was told to go to the front registers — however none were open. Other employees then sent me back to self-checkout. While walking back I overheard the manager say “she can’t be serious,” which was inappropriate and uncomfortable. I completed my purchase at exactly 10:00 PM. While bagging fragile items, three employees stood behind me watching and I was told they were trying to go home and that I should pack outside. I understand closing procedures, but customers who enter before closing should not be rushed or made to feel like a problem. This interaction felt dismissive and poorly handled. I hope management reviews closing-time customer service expectations with staff.

    I went to the rockaway blvd location 2/14 around 12pm the black lady In the deli department was extremely rude she is always like this with a nasty attitude never smiles at all even when she's slicing the meat she has a nasty disgusting look on her face as if she don't wanna be there this is the third time she was rude to me but today was the worst she literally through my food on the counter and rolled her eyes I asked her for her name she refused to give it to me if you don't like your job quit its as simple as that she's very disgusting and ugly I don't feel comfortable shopping in this location while she's present the other workers are very polite but she's not just look at her she's upset every time but you don't throw customers food on the counter totally unacceptable this needs to be addressed and I will be reporting this to corporate you better believe it I don't tolerate disrespect in any establishment I spend my money
