    Stopped in hoping for a quick caffeine fix and a couple of donuts. Left disappointed on all fronts. DD shops never want the honor any of the promos The iced coffee was lukewarm and watery, with a syrupy aftertaste that overwhelmed any actual coffee flavor. My breakfast sandwich arrived with cold spots and rubbery bacon, and the croissant was more soggy than flaky. The glazed donuts tasted stale—dry center, glaze cracking like they’d been sitting out too long. The store itself didn’t inspire confidence: sticky counters, crumbs on most tables, napkin dispensers empty, and a trash can that needed attention.

    Customer service is horrible,there's a whole line and the ONLY 2 workers are doing the same job. They messed up my order and they yell at their customer and they also tried to not give me 1 of my drinks!!! Don't come here!!!!

    I go into DD every morning and never have a problem with the staff but today on 11/24/25 at around 12:30 the 2 women that were working in the store took forever to take my order while one was working the other one was back and forth on her phone and she see’s me standing there waiting to place my order by the time I got my order taking and left I missed my train and had to wait 20 mins for the next one and was late for a meeting I had to Attend this store definitely needs to do better these new ppl that are working in there have no work ethic
