  Went in to get a quick coffee and breakfast.I wasn't even acknowledged to be present there by the register. So after waiting for a few minutes without even a look up I just left.

  Food was great, most Dunkin’s are, but service was incredibly slow and the mixed drinks were borderline rancid. Young man behind the counter was dealing with around 4 orders all by himself and seemed quite lost. Seemed like a fusion of mismanagement and personal incompetence lead to a rather lackluster eating experience Coming from a HUGE Dunkin fan

  This has to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. I’ve been coming here every single morning for the past three weeks, ordering the exact same thing without any problems — until today. Out of nowhere, an employee tells me I can’t get what I’ve been getting because it’s “not part of the deal.” Make it make sense! It felt like she was just looking for a reason to deny me my order. What made it worse was her attitude — completely dismissive and cold. I couldn’t help but feel like I was being singled out, maybe even judged because I’m not white. This store is in a mostly white neighborhood, and as a Hispanic woman with a darker complexion, that moment made me feel completely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I work two customer service jobs, so I understand how stressful it can be, but there’s absolutely no excuse for treating customers like that — especially when I was calm, polite, and even explained that I’m pregnant. This drink has been one of the few things that’s made my mornings easier these past few weeks, and to be spoken to with attitude and zero empathy honestly ruined my entire day. What’s even more frustrating is that when I checked the Dunkin’ app, I was able to order the same exact thing online for the same price — so clearly, she could have done something. She just chose not to help. This experience left me feeling humiliated and discriminated against when all I wanted was a simple coffee. Management really needs to train their employees not only in customer service but also in basic human decency. No paying customer should walk out of Dunkin’ feeling targeted, disrespected, or like they don’t belong.
