  I recently got food poisoning after eating their chicken nuggets due to them being undercooked, and it was a really unpleasant experience. Shortly after eating them, I started feeling nauseous and developed stomach cramps that quickly got worse. Within hours, I was dealing with vomiting and overall discomfort that lasted into the next day. It was clear something wasn’t right with the food, and it made me question the quality and handling of the meal.

  This McDonald’s has the nastiest restroom I’ve ever been in! I don’t think it’s been clean for weeks. What’s glad I went to the restaurant before ordering food. I walked out.

  I am on a cross country adventure with my family. I can say I am an expert witness to a multitude of gas station and restraunt bathrooms. I simply needed a bathroom break. I entered the Mcdonalds bathroom because the speedway attached does not offer public bathroom access. This was a horror show to not just myself but a mother and her little children needing the same access. The toilets themselves were covered in void, the floors clearly have not been swept or mopped at any regularity, toilet paper and trash littered all over the floors and outside the stalls. The counters and mirrors streaked with grime. The WORST point was seeing the baby changing table hanging loosely, covered in discard. No baby could safely be placed on that thing without risk of infection or injury. I immediately raised concern to the manager, Kira, who according to her just came on staff. She had no idea about the condition of the bathroom but agreed that she would get it handled. Clearly, I had my suspicions that there was any integrity in this establishment, so after exiting I came back into the McDonald's to see if any action was taken in the barely patroned, fully staffed facility. Lo and behold, I check the bathroom and Kira herself was actually holding to her word and cleaning the bathroom. Not her subordinates, her. I will not give this visit a 5 star because this establishment as a whole needs to step the hell up. But Kira deserves 10 stars for being a person of merit and taking the situation seriously as it was. She is an asset who leads by example and should be recognized.

  Don't go in if you want your food in a timely manner. They were a bit short staffed and they were focusing on the drive thru. You needed to order on the kiosk as the staff was not paying attention to the register. We waited close to 15 mins for our food.My bun was stale but didn't want to waste time waiting at the register. If you are short on time go through the drive thru. Also the bathroom were badly in need of a cleaning This is a frequent stop from travelers off 86 It is clearly utilized alot and the upkeep of the restrooms were not good.

  If i could go lower than 1 star I would rate these guys -10 THE ABSOLUTE WORST MCDONALD'S I HAVE EVER SEEN. I go in and only order a quarter pounder and a shake. Sounds like it should be easy right? But somehow it took HALF AN HOUR FOR A QUARTER POUNDER. The service was just a straight dumpster fire. I waited half an hour but I was one of the lucky ones. There were some people in line with me that waited UP TO A WHOLE HOUR. Not only that there was French fries spilled all over the floor that no one even bothered to sweep up. And the employees were just disrespectful about everything. Lady came in asking for her money back because she was told to wait in the drive thru and sat there for like 20 minutes and the cashier just started cussing her out like it was her fault. Then they didn't even give her the money back and just gave her a number to call. Ive been eating at this McDonald's since I was a very young child growing up in the area but this place is going to shit and corporate needs to get on these guys because this was probably the worst restaurant experience ive ever had
